Weird but very fun pose... she's supposed to be hanging on to the side of a moving vehicle, perhaps a train.

Roxanne against Wall
Another picture that's not my favourite, although it's better than the previous one. I was going through a difficult drawing period; kind of like writer's block.
There is a famous adage that goes, "Only the pure of heart can make great soup." I kind of feel the same way about drawing; if my mind can't focus on the work, if I get antsy, impatient, overly distracted, or my mind is just in a different mood, the whole thing just doesn't really work.
That said, this didn't come out terribly or anything, just not my favourite. I liked the idea of this one, however.

Ooooh boy. I think I'm gonna need a new category for this one... "least favourites?" Something like that. But I do like to share the images that don't come out all that well as well as those that do so... here we are!
I guess that's not entirely fair. I actually had given up on this drawing very early on for being unsalvagable (it was still in blue lines at that point). The angle seemed wrong... everything seemed wrong. But with some encouragement I came back to it and finished it off. It's funny, it's the eyes more than anything else that came out wrong. Still, practice, live, and learn.

I liked this one better before I scanned it; something about the face. Still nice!

Fennec? (Bikini?)
It's that fennec (I think!?) girl again, who as of yet has no name. Still unsure of her species. Maybe she's a coyote? Naw, not really... but I like her. I'm gonna have to work on that.
Not at all my favorite drawing, if I'm honest. But practice and all that.
